OMG, sleepy. im trying to get myself to swim tonight and tomorrow morning...zzzzz. maybe only for an hour tonight. so i can be in bed by 10pm. I gotta shake together a protein drink and remember to steal an apple from the office. that'll be dinner. it worked pretty well last night, sans apple. Im so proud that I actually motivated to swim on my own last night. It's quite unusual. I'm inspired by one of my former teammates who now swims for the Tsunamis in San Francisco. He's gotten so fast and he says that he swims 5-6 times a week and sometimes on his own. "you have to really want it, and the only person who's in control is you" i keep repeating this when I feel the waves of sleepy and tired alternating over my beach of a brain. I want it. I wanna keep up in practice, get fast, and not get fat from all the tasty chips I consume in the office around 3:30pm each day! :)
