This morning's workout main set:

400 freestyle pull moderate
4 x 100 sprint
300 freestyle pull moderate
4 x 75 sprint
200 freestyle pull moderate
4 x 50 sprint
100 freestyle pull
4 x 25 sprint

phew!

It was a great practice tho and I'm very happy I got my butt outta bed, even after staying up a little late with the BathTub Poetry.
