Ever one is getting bent out of shape about my last comment, but you have to understand how tired I am of the US waving around the liberty flag in support of our war on Iraq. I do not disagree that I have it better than a lot of people in other countries. This was never a point of contention. I do not deny that I would like to see people around the world realize physical, mental, political, and spiritual freedoms. However, we always wave this libery flag when it suits us, turning our backs on horrible human rights abuses that many people here in the US dont even hear about. I just want the US government to stop and reflect and work as part of the UN. A world campaign of support or disagreement is much more effective, especially in the case of an all out war. We dont seem to have too many allies. I dont think we would want other countries fighting against us. I am worried that if we continue being so hawkish that the other large powers of the world will be against us, not because they are for Saddam Hussein, but because they are against our unilateral policy.

in other non-political news, the confimation on a black hole in the center of the galaxy has put a lot of already asked questions into my head like:

1. will we get sucked in?
2. where does the matter go; is it shot out the back, behind the gravitational distrubance? is it warped into some other universe with the grav/time thang?
3. do smaller black holes exist, or are they really just an effect of the energy on central galaxy creation?

I wish I had a job where I could just ask a lot of questions and get answers. I guess that would be school.

Better get back there.
