well, i have glasses now, so i look like a big ole dork. at least ill be able to see the actors at the theatre tonight. my friend is the lighting guy for a show in midtown, so he offered us some comp passes for this evening, at 8pm. I'll take a picture, or play around with the cam later this evening, and you can all laugh at me. deal?

work is hectic today, and afterwards, i have to race up to Harlem to drop some footage. Wont be home until later..like 10:30om-ish. Again, ill try and play with the cam so you can laugh at me.

Dork? What? cause of glasses?
Some of the world's greatest thinkers wore glasses! Franklin, Ghandi, Stephen Hawking, Me... Do we consider ourselves dorks? I would think not... Not, at least, because of our need for prescribed vision corrections... Now, my comic book collection, star wars toys, the fact that I own the Puppet Master DVD Collection, two sets of the Star Wars Trilogy, the Army of Darkness DVD--Special Edition DVD and the "Official Bootleg Version" DVD and not to mention all of the Kevin Smith DVDs (autographed) and stacked chronologically on my DVD shelf--that makes me a dork... but not the glasses!

I don't know about anyone else, but I dig chicks with glasses. ;) I think people see glasses as a sign of intelligence which makes them feel less intelligent and to cover their own insecurity they say such things as "that person is a geek/dork/dweeb/nerd/poindexter..." but these are only the insecure people. As for those of us who are comfortable with our own intelligence, I find glasses attractive and I like flirting with girls with glasses. The fact that they are comfortable wearing them rather than taking them off all the time (and being half-blind) or wearing contacts (yeesh... putting plastic on your eyes? how disturbing) means they're pretty comfortable with their appearance... that or they're just disturbed by contacts like I am. ;) hehe But regardless, saw the cam pic of you in your glasses last night and I thought you looked just as lovely as always. :) So, does James poke at them a lot? Reach over and wiggle them and such? hehe
