more exhausting than the NY marathon, than holding ones breath for 3 minutes, than crunching calculus for 24 hours straight, than writing a 60 page thesis in one weekend, than getting stuck on the Q train going local, than a morning after a night the cats decided to party and a rude girl in the hallway decided to yell into her cell phone for hours" Im so drunk!!", than pretending you really enjoy talking to the freight forwarders about rates, than teaching King Timothy "Closets: No!"....
more exhausting that all of this is speaking with Chase Cardmemeber Services regarding fixing a database entry error on their part ($936 min monthly payment, instead of $96), and retracting their 60-day-late-report to the Credit Bureau.

i need a nap.

OMG! They must take after AT&T! They suck severely! Bad service, bad billing, and of course, the customer is always WRONG!

in theory, and 45 minutes later/ 4 people later, its fixed..although I will have to double check this on my next statement. so goes the world. always something, you know?
