james and i are both on this liquid diet thing. we skip days, cause we have no willpower, but on workdays, its pretty easy. Water, tea, coffee, milk, juice, soup with no chunks, yogurt. I think that both of us ate so much junk over the holidaze, that we feel like big fat rubbery chess pieces. in the evenings, we reward ourselves with some nice chunky vegi soup, bits of chinese...a small bowl of pasta. its amazing how much better I feel. its not a weight loss thing. more like a cleansing thing.
