i have baked 2 loaves of sourdough bread for the week, placing one in the freezer until we finish the first so it does not dry out. The orange chiffon cake stuck slightly to the bundt pan, but it finally fell out with minimal mistakes. Some light orange glaze will distract from the imperfections. The waffle iron is cooling from a batch of sourdough waffles. It's Sunday, a day of rest, and I can now adventure in the chilly air of the park knowing that I have loads of carbohydrates to warm me when I return.
