i went jogging for 20 minutes after not jogging for over a year and a half, yesterday. Today I need a hoverchair. Here I am thinking I'm getting in shape at the pool, but I have proven that I am nothing more than an invalid. I think swimming and running use exactly the opposite muscles. In the meantime, my shoulder is experiencing mild tendonitis as I re-evaluate my freestyle stroke. I took it easy this morning and felt like a complete slacker. I think it's better to prevent further injury and concentrate on technique rather than just ignore the pain and push. My shoulders are valuble these days.
