If you need to lower your chi, you can press on LI 5, between the thumb and pointer-finger. You can also press on L2, or L3, between the first and second toe, and slightly further into the foot, respectively. Of course, if that isn't low enough, you can push on G (3?) on the top of the shoulders, at the highest peak. Yes, I learned some interesting things over the weekend.
