I posted the new picture to remind myself of what I will probably be eating for the next year. haha.

Im in pain today after a grueling breaststroke clinic last night. We drilled kicking for almost an hour. Of course, I went to practice this morning on top of it, so Im pretty much an invalid today. Nothing like a 10 minute walk from the train station to the pool in the dark, 30-something degree weather @ 6am to wake ya up!
