yeah! its all about continuous eating with me at work. Well, eating/drinking. This morning's workout was tres hard...I had to eat 2 bowls of Life to make up for it..and 1 yogurt and about 20 oz of chocomilk. yum.
yeah, chocolate skim milk. its the only way i can drink the stuff, unless it's in cereal. and even then it has to be skim. I cant stand the consistancy of whole milk. ewwwwwwww. But I try to have at least 8-15 oz a day of milk, and then some yogurt and cheese on top of that. I suppose I still need to take calcium too, but at least it's a start, and milk is pretty good for me with all the protein that i wouldnt otherwise get. I try to buy the hormone-free/ "we're nice to our bovine" milk, so I dont feel badly about it.
Yeah I know what you mean. I've gotten so used to drinking skim milk that if I drink whole milk I can taste the milkfat in it and it's nasty. And to think, when I first started drinking skim milk I thought it tasted like watered dowm milk. ;)
