Sunday morn

We're munching on donuts and fresh honeydew mellon while reading about all the protests we have have to avoid in order to get our errands done in the city today. Timeout NY has a pretty extensive list. Not that Im against protests mind you, but we're not participating today and would rather not get stuck in traffic for hours.

My dad wrote me an email in which he was hopeful that I'd be leaving the city this week. Uh, yeah...I can just pick up and take a week off...hmmm.

I suppose I am leaving on Thursday, so I'll miss half of it at least.

I need to get back to my donut.
