Instead, for the last 20 minutes, I've been brousing on the Massage Warehouse stite for hydrocolators and hot stones/ warming devices. I really want to start working with heat more. Moist heat is better (hydrocolator) for easing muscle pain, and softening tissue for deeper work. (That's why taking a nice bath the day after your first run in 6 months feels so nice.) Hot stones would be good to know just for the knowledge base aspect...but I think hydrocolators are more useful. Clients like heat any ole way. The standard hydrocolator is almost $300, and then the covers are ..$20. ugha. I'm hoping that maybe with my Christmas bonus I can get one. I'd like to play with it and see what it does for D's back, or when I'm working on fellow students.
Ok, Im TOTALLY distracted. Study. NOW. Dammit...NOW!!!!!!!!!
Meanwhile, both my bosses are out of the office. Heh heh heh. A quiet Friday afternoon to look forward to.
