It is nice to see this after yesterday...I had to get out of the pool because my shoulder was hurting so much. I was thinking..wow..26 and im already broken. It's enough to get a girl crying for a few minutes in the locker room. Today the pain is worse. The acute inflammation is slightly better, but I have pain in lats/teres, over the corocoid process/ biciptal groove (biceps tendon)and radiating on the border of ant. delt to the tuberosity, and at the inferior border of my scapula, radiating up through trap to it's tendon on the occiput. Both sides on that last bit. I cant move without feeling it, and ive got 800mg of motrin in me. I tried calling orthopaedists, but I was justs put on hold for 10 minutes. I called Dave and completely started crying on his VM. He's going to find me a good doctor tonight. He wont let me see my osteopath anymore, as of last night's conversation. He says Im proly going to have to suck it up and get a corticosteroid injection.
