I have this little ball of twine in my belly that is tightly wrapping itself around the PB & J Im eating. Taking a 1/2 hour lunch today so I can be sure to get through everything and get out by 5pm. Im taking Monday and Tuesday off, so you know..it's the whole day-before-stress-thing.

My PB& J reminds me of the sandwiches they used to serve at the cafeteria at my elementary school. Sounds gross, but it's not. The only thing missing is the ice. All the sandwiches were premade, sliced diagonally, and frozen for future consumption. Tasted ok, actually. You'd have your choice of wheat or white semi-defrosted bread. I always chose white cause Mom would never buy white bread for home.
