Anyone know anything about grow lights? I'm going to need to set up something for the winter inside to accomodate my plants. I don't get enough good sun through my window east-facing window to keep "full to partial sun" planties happy. All the growlights i see are complex and expensive systems. Can't I just install a couple grow lamps on the wall with the appropriate bulbs? how much wattage do i need? I dont know anything about it.
