Limey Tomato Salsa for the Weak

2 large tomatoes, chunked
1 small SWEET onion, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seed and veins discarded, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
salt and pepper
lime juice (at least 1 whole squeezed lime)

Combine all ingredients, adding salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. Ingredients can be tossed into a food processor for a more smooth salsa, but I like it straight up.
